Stock Item:

In stock items are approved Skanska merchandise that are ready to ship today. You can expect these items to ship with-in 24 hours of placing your order. If an In Stock item is “out of stock” please expect longer production times. Your order can consist of Custom and Stock items. Custom items may arrive in separate shipments.

Custom Item:

Custom items give you a wider selection of approved Skanska merchandise. These items are placed directly with the factory and may require minimum purchases for some items. These items requires additional production and could take up to 3 weeks to arrive in your hands. If you require a quicker turn-around, please order an In-stock item on this site. Your order can consist of Custom and Stock items. Custom items may arrive in separate shipments.

Returns and Cancelled Orders. It is your responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects in an order and report to HDS with-in 30 days. Returns must be authorized by HDS in advance. Claims for returns for defective Goods must be made in accordance with the warranties of the product. Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a defect or the items were decorated incorrectly. Authorized returns must be accompanied by a return authorization # that will be emailed to the recipient.

Once the form below is submitted, you will receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM via email as well as an address to return the items. This form must accompany the return shipment. If there is a defect or an error in the quantity, sizes or color we will also email a shipping label. All other returns will be at the expense of the person returning the goods. All credits or reshipments will be processed once the return has been received and inspected. Please fill out the form below to initiate your return.
